Bullhead City, AZ – On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at approximately 9:56 a.m., Bullhead City Police and Fire Department personnel responded to a three-vehicle collision near Highway 95 and Marina Boulevard.
According to the preliminary investigation, an 88-year-old Bullhead City man was driving a Toyota sedan southbound on Highway 95 when he likely experienced a medical emergency. The Toyota first collided with a Kia sedan just north of Thunderstruck Drive, driven by a 37-year-old Bullhead City woman.
The Toyota then continued southbound and struck a Ford pickup near Marina Boulevard, occupied by a 43-year-old California man and his 8-year-old son. Moments later, the Toyota also collided with a Winnebago occupied by a 74-year-old Bullhead City man and his 72-year-old wife.
Bullhead City Fire Department personnel extricated the Toyota driver from the vehicle. He was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center before being airlifted to a Las Vegas hospital in critical but stable condition.
The driver of the Kia sustained minor injuries and was transported to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. The occupants of both the Ford pickup and the Winnebago suffered minor injuries but did not require transportation to a hospital.
Investigators do not believe impairment was a factor in the collision. The incident remains under investigation.
